Employer Training Tuesday, September 19, at Chesapeake College

SALISBURY, MD---The Small Business Development Center, located at Salisbury University, and Chesapeake College sponsor the course “Attract, Hire And Retain Key Talent” Tuesday, September 19, from 6—8:30 p.m. in room EDC-27 at Chesapeake College.

This course is designed for those anticipating the need to hire a full-time, part-time employee or independent contractors depending on business growth cycles. Topics include the analysis of your business growth including staff forecasting and planning, what essential competencies are needed and how to identify applicants who will.
