SBDC "How to Start and Manage Your Own Business," Feb. 19

SALISBURY, MD--- "How to Start and Manage Your Own Business," a comprehensive workshop for the new business or potential business owner, will be held on Tuesday, February 19, from 9 a.m.-4 p.m. at the Wye Mills campus of Chesapeake College.

A panel of six professionals discuss constructing a business plan, banking requirements, insurance needs, marketing, record-keeping and legal and safety issues.

The workshop is sponsored by the Maryland Small Business Development Center Network-Eastern Region, Chesapeake College, Salisbury University and Service Corps of Retired Executives (SCORE).

The fee for the workshop, which includes lunch and course materials, is $30 for tuition and $15 course fee.
