SBDC Potential Owners Workshop August 21

SALISBURY, MD --  The Maryland Small Business Development Center Network is sponsoring a comprehensive workshop for new or potential business owners.  “How to Start and Manage Your Own Business” will be held on Tuesday, Aug. 21, from 9 a.m. – 4 p.m. at the Wye Mills campus of Chesapeake College. 

Six professionals will be covering issues including constructing a business plan, banking requirements, insurance needs, marketing, record-keeping, legal and safety issues.  The workshop is also sponsored by Chesapeake College, Salisbury University and the Service Corps of Retired Executives.
