Safe Choices plans Halloween Block Party Oct. 26

SALISBURY, MD ---Safe Choices, a Salisbury University program which fosters positive community relationships, holds a Halloween Block Party on Saturday, October 26, from 3-5 p.m. at the park on the west corner of Pennsylvania and Virginia avenues. Residents and students in this Camden neighborhood are invited to enjoy refreshments as well as games and prizes for the kids.
