One Race, One People, One Peace at SU September 23

SALISBURY, MD ------Salisbury University presents "One Race, One People, One Peace," a choreopoem by James H. Chapmyn, on Monday, September 23, at 7 p.m. in Holloway Hall Auditorium.

Chapmyn, who has written several other choreopoems and plays, describes "One Race" as a look at racism, homophobia and terrorism through poignant monologues and poetic scenes. The performance uses video and music combined with dramatic and comic monologues.

The event, sponsored by the Office of Multiethnic Student Services, Union of African-American Students and student chapter of NAACP, is free and open to the public. For more information, call 410-548-4503.
